Audioguide décevant
Très frustrant de payer 4€ pour un audio guide, avec l’audio qui se coupe lorsque l’écran s’éteint. C’est un peu la base d’une application générant de l’audio.

Bonjour, Lorsque l’audioguide est lancé, l’écran ne se met normalement pas en veille puisque l’app est active. Bien sûr, si l’écran s’éteint parce qu’il n’ a plus de batterie, il est normal que l’audioguide s’interrompt car l’app elle même est interrompue et l’activité du smartphone également.
Seriously broken
So to further expand on the “white box with lines” review, me being really a masochist, I proceed and get the same thing. After poking around like a toddler, I finally can access the hamburger menu and poke around until I get to the “import ticket” section. It asks for the ticket number to import (not order number) so instead of keying in the 7 digit order number for all your tickets, you have to add the 22-digit ticket number. And you can’t copy/paste from your pdf you got via email. Jfc. So I key in the 22-digit order number, submit and I get the white box with lines. After about a minute it seems to snap out of its stupor and show me my ticket with a choice to show the QR code or “add to tickets”, which I select and it proceeds to pull up the ticket and at the top it says if I’d like to add to Apple wallet. I click the “add” button and the box disappears. However it doesn’t add the ticket to the Apple wallet, which was the entire point of the exercise.

Buggy and badly designed
As noted by the other reviewer you get a blank popup instead of a login. Once that is dismissed if you want to enter your ticket purchase number it has disabled pasting so the entire 22 digit number must be typed in. I guess it’s ok if you want to see a schedule but getting tickets on it is not pleasant.

English
When I open the app and hit “English” a white screen either three lines appears and then nothing. I can’t do a thing. I even clicked on “French”, which I don’t speak, and got the same thing! What is the point of this app???

Impossible de se connecter. Il faut saisir son numéro de billet à la main . Pas de copier coller. Qui conçoit une appli pareille
