App Code didn’t work
First time trying Grand Prix Auto wash, prepaid thru app, picked my location first, even got an email that said I could use at any of four locations including the one I picked. When I got there and scanned, it said not valid at this location, entered number by hand, tried twice, same thing. Had to back out and get an attendant, she also tried with my phone, said it wasn’t valid at this location. She was kind enough to let me go through, due to the hassle.
My review is for the app, the car wash was 5 stars for this type of car wash, it was definitely the best drive-thru car wash I’ve even been too. Got my car clean. If the attendant would not have cared, I would never come back, but I will definitely return, just not use the app.
