Disappointing
The old app was so much better with real time displays of the silver line busses and eta for the stops. The adds are annoying. 👎👎
Government being government
I can’t believe a government is getting paid to have an advertising on public transit app . That makes information more difficult to reach especially when time sensitive.
Actually I’m not surprised at all it’s very fitting. I’m sure all the advertisers money is going strait to the bus driver.😉

Don’t even bother
As a student at GVSU I use the bus system regularly. I thought this app would help me catch the bus but the arrival times are are joke. Busses are never on time. Rude drivers, and speeding through campus and apartment areas. I hope they develop a working app so I can get to class on time.

this app helps me to manage my time and plan my day.
An improvement to the app would be to have available a full day bus schedule for each line. i imagine that bus drivers have an expected schedule already. to post it to the app would be helpful so as to better plan your day. for example, i want to know when the kalamazoo line reduces hours on a sunday evening. this information is not available currently on this app.

Very easy to use. Will help my nephew when he uses the bus to get to college.

Buggy
I’ve had so many issues with this app. Between crashing, not refreshing properly, and the timed ads in urgent situations, I’ve had very very bad experiences.
