can't checkout

I cannot check out on this app, I am literally trying to give you my money, my card info is entered, address, etc but then I click Pay Now and nothing happens. this is the 3rd time I have tried to purchase something, even apple pay didn't work but I didn't want to use that anyways cause with apple pay I can't use the discount code that you guys emailed to me. also there are multiple screens with no exit, if you click "product information" on any product, there's no way to close out that screen I have to completely exit the app and start all over again. seriously, for such a big company this should be a user friendly app, and as an esthetician I want to recommend your products to customers but at this point I might try a new serum just because purchasing from you is a headache.

Enhancing eye lash serum

It really truthfully works! I’m an older girl and my eyelashes were short and sparse. Within a month of using this serum my lashes became long and thick long enough to touch my eyebrows! I did apply twice a day for in the very beginning which goes against the rules .. but I was inpatient! If you are on the fence about the price? Don’t be just buy it and enjoy beautiful feminine thick luxurious flirty lashes!

I am concentrating on my brows. Due to Thyroid issues I only had half a brow. I am now growing full brows for the first time in years.

Used lash and brow enhancer for at least 4 or 5 years!!

I will never stop using Grande lash! Their lip plumper works without stinging redness! It works great and tastes like Cotton Candy!!! Its tye best I’ve used too!!!

I love Grande MD, they take great care of my
natural lashes, they have grown so much. I use the brow and lash serums, and the conditioners for keeping them moist and long lasting.

It took about 4 months of daily use to grow my lashes and brows. They look beautiful, and they were long, and the real surprise was that I no longer need to do any tattooing of my eyebrows.

Nothing is working on this app

I have tried to use this app now multiple times and it’s not working. The 20% off is not working and the check out is not working. I’ve tried numerous times and numerous days. I keep getting the message that says, “there was en error creating your checkout” This is VERY frustrating as I’m just trying to make a purchase. I will update my review once something is fixed.

20% discount

I got an email to download the app and receive 20% off. The coupon appeared in my cart, and then I opened the app again within an hour later to do the purchase, my items were still in the care but the coupon was gone?!

Hi, so sorry to hear about the experience you had. You can use the discount code APP20 towards your app purchase. After you signed up for notifications, it is available for use after you close and open the app again. Unfortunately this is how the app functions. If you save items in your cart, and come back a few days later, you will also need to apply your discount code again. Let us know if we can be of further help!
