Tried and failed to get this app to load, over and over again. Very disappointed. Grande, find some technology that’s compatible in this century! You exhaust me.
Completely worthless
After I log in it spends a while doing its initial setup then fails with an error message. No amount of reinstalling or resetting fixes it. Just completely broken.

Worthless
This thing won’t even open anymore on my phone. It just sticks indefinitely on a black loading page. Grande, please bring yourselves into the 2020s and get this app up and running for your customers.
Will not connect!
I’ve use this app for years, but now all of a sudden, it will not connect. This app is totally non-functional at this point.

Not loading
I’ve used this app many times for awhile now with little kinks here and there. But now I can’t get it to load. I have deleted it twice and even restarted my phone but still not working!

Crashing
This is a terrible app and has been all along, but I can’t access it all now. Spent time chatting with technical support and they said it’s on their end. It’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t stream. This is nuts.

You all have a great service but your app really needs updated it is awful!! I should be able to record my shows and watch my recorded shows wherever I am. Please step up your game!!
Useless app
I assumed that I could watch live TV or on demand via IPad when out of town. I am greatly disappointed by this app and the level of service I pay for that this is not even an option, so with that said.....great full I didn’t sign a contract.
Don't Waste Your Space
This app is useless. I was told by Grande rep that I could watch live TV using the app (like I could with Spectrum). This was WRONG. NO LIVE SHOWS. NO RECORDED SHOWS. SAVE YOUR SPACE (Or just wait until spectrum is available in your area- it's cheaper, faster, and the app is great)
The worst
I’d give this no stars if I could. I don’t know where to start describing all the problems. It’s incredibly slow and doesn’t allow the simplest things. In the guide, you appear to be able to select a time period. However, the feature doesn’t work. Unlike other cable providers (Spectrum, for example) you can’t watch show from the app when within your home WiFi. So aggravating I’m thinking of switching providers

You can’t watch live shows! You can’t watch recorded shows! You can’t watch movies without having a secondary app!

Get with the program
Why make this app so cumbersome and slow? It’s 2019, times of 5G, small ball in the NBA, a world craving instantaneous gratification and .... you get it it’s 2019! There’s so many confusing terms to do simple things. Get Show, what’s that? Record show? Then say record show. Please re-do this app/system and keep it simple! I don’t care if you copy Spectrums version or anyone else’s. Why 2 stars then?.... because it’s marginally better than nothing.
