Grandstream SecureAccess has been a game changer for our organization. The app is reliable, easy to use, and makes managing doors across multiple locations incredibly convenient.
The multi-site support is excellent, allowing us to monitor and manage several buildings from one place. Switching between different accounts and profiles is seamless, which is very helpful for administrators working with multiple organizations.
The standout feature is the live door camera view. Being able to see what’s happening in real time, communicate through audio, and instantly unlock or lock doors directly from the app makes access management much more efficient.
One request for the development team: please consider adding a Landscape Mode for tablets. This is currently one of the most requested features from our clients. A horizontal view would provide a much larger camera image, making monitoring and door management significantly more comfortable. We believe this enhancement would add tremendous value to an already excellent product.
