But for some weird reason it no longer works on iPhone 14!!!
Tried everything, from reinstalling the app to restoring the phone! Works good on previous generations of phones but not the 14 series.

Constant Freezing
I have experienced this several times. I’ll be using the app, leave it open in the background while using another app, and suddenly my phone overheats or freezes. Is there a fix for this? I’m constantly having to force restart my phone when this happens

iOS 16.1.1 broke the app. Can no longer hear others on calls and they cannot hear you either.
Not compatible with 14 pro max
After upgrading to iPhone 14 pro max, the microphone stopped working on wave lite, and nobody can hear me.

From the moment I downloaded the app my phone started freezing and stuttering to the point I had to force restart my phone twice before I could get it uninstalled.
Need updated
I like the app. It is a very handy app to have within my business that allows me to have an mobile device to walk around my Ace Hardware. I would just really like to see a few updates/ upgrade to the app please. 1. Add the ability to have a favorites list added to that app very similar to the One built into ISO 14. 2. I would also like the ability to not have all my contacts on my cell phone be visible within the app. I use this app for work purposes only and I want to keep work and personal separate. 3. Also would like the app to have the ability to add groups so I could group my contacts that I use within my business for calling different associates in different departments.

Needs to be rewritten from ground up.
Doesn’t run in the background for my iphone
As soon as I exit the app I get disconnected from the network and receive no calls anymore. Please update the app and help all of us out.

The concept of your product sounded life-changing, but the app on my iPhone is useless. It does not run all the time and even if I keep it open it shuts down after a few seconds.
Now, I’m not a teenager trying to run a social media app all day, I’m a profesional and having access to my phone is essential. You sold my company a product that sounded life changing, but it turned out to be a strategy to sell it. We do not have what we buy it for.

iOS 14 doesn't work on wifi, only cellular data. Updates are so infrequent it's like nobody actually works on this app!

Doesn’t refresh on background but drains the battery
Good app, one of few that supports multy sip connection/accounts, however it drains battery on background refresh the battery and disconnects.

Almost impossible to set up on 1-Voip
When it is connected, the App seems to work fine. Synchronizing with Outlook Contacts allows you to pull up Contacts and place calls easily. HOWEVER, if you intend to use this App in connection with voice over Internet (VOIP) service through 1-Voip, I caution you to find a different VOIP service provider. 1-Voip is a very small company and their technical expertise appears limited in that, when trying to install and set up Grandstream, their knowledge only goes so far. My experience with 1-Voip included conflicting instructions with Grandstream depending on which person I spoke with in Tech Support or in the Service Desk.

Great application with one major draw back
Great application with full flexibility to use many options. Biggest draw back is battery usage is too high as it runs in the background.
Video call camera
On ios when making video calls people need to accept the call then turn on the camera. On all other apps like facetime or whatsapp when you make video call and person accept it, the camera automatically get activated. Please solve this
