Half of info is missing

So you took over Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís and not include their info in your app?! No maps no weather no opening info. Where do I get their info now?! Typical meh whatevs approach

Just use the website

Pretty garbage app. Almost everything just opens a webpage, so what is the point?

Also requires you to sign up to use the app at all, which again just launches webpages. Just a scam app that collects your personal data for zero usefulness.

Crashes during photo upload

App seems good at first glance but every time I try to upload a profile photo it freezes. This is fine initially as it saves my data anyway. But when trying to add a companion under Skipass+ it’s useless as data is lost each time it crashes. Oh, and the language defaults back to Spanish every time. So for me, I simply can’t use it. This on iOS 15.6.1.

Not very useful for booking or information

Was looking into making a reservation for a ski trip. Tried looking online for information but it wants me to download the app. Raves about how everything could be done from the app. Download the app and it redirects me to a webpage.

Seriously? App doesn’t appear to be very useful in general. Maybe for weather reports.

Useful and fun.

Lots of information and great features that enhanced my visit. I especially enjoyed the Augmented Reality and the Navigator features.

No support

Can’t access my bookings made directly on the Soldeu website, I only see the bookings made on Gran Valira. I would expect this app to enable access to bookings made on any of the resorts that are part of the GV domain. Also when I tried to click on App Support it directed me to a webpage with an error message: this needs to get fixed.
