Love the bank
I love banking w Grandview Bank Jackie Cody has helped me get through some tough times w no judgement. Has also help me build great credit by trusting in me. I owe her my whole life. But the app has given me problems from day one🙄 always tells me access is denied w trying to log in and even w I go online it’s the same, so I have to reset my passwords a lot and have to wait and call the bank w they are open to do so.

Best bank in town
Grandview bank is the absolute best bank in town. Jackie Cody has helped me to establish credit over the last 5 years when no one else would give me a chance. I thank God for her help and this bank. Update. Now in 2020 Jackie helped me with a loan for a car for our daughter. She started college and needed a reliable vehicle. This bank is the best , friendliest, bank around.

Good app but would be better if one could deposit checks.
Log in issues
Not sure if it’s the app or my phone, but after an update my Touch ID no longer works on this app, and it won’t save my password. This is the only app I have this issue with.
Other than that, I love it!

Wish you could have more access and options! Also on our visit to Colorado we were denied using our VISA card! Charge or debt! Took it ever so often maybe twice in a week!!!! Very upsetting! We even called the bank before we left to make sure bank knew we were out of town in New Mexico and Colorado!!! Merchants said it was our banks equipment!
