All around the greatest bank I have ever used
Grandview Bank is a very friendly Bank that offers you the best customer service you can receive it’s a tight neck community. There’s only three of them in the state of Texas, but they’re truly the best Bank I wouldn’t choose Wells Fargo Chase or any other big banks over Grandview Bank.

Difficult to regain access to your account
When trying to login for the first time, I kept getting errors that it didn’t recognize the info. So I had to call. Got walked through and now have to use a long number for a username which can’t be changed. Now that I’m logged in, no account shows up and the apps says “can’t retrieve account info”…..literally the apps whole existence is to “retrieve account information.” 😳
When rolling out new programs/tools, companies should really test it out better. If this was my primary accounts, I’d be long gone.
