I’m unable to buy commuter bus tickets iOS & app are up-to-date:-(
Can’t buy bus tickets
I have been trying to buy bus tickets for two days but it’s not working. Tried contacting them from yesterday but no feedback until now
Needs work in front and backend.
This app is very slow and clunky, tested on iPhone 7 and a iPhone 11 Pro. The pro showed a slight improvement on transitions, the iPhone 7 struggled terribly. This suggests that the backend servers for the app are served slowly.
Content in menus is confusing, hospitality section still shows a full available menu but with COVID this isn’t correct, is it?
Rather embarrassingly this app is littered with spelling mistakes such as hot drinks misspelt.
The pre-orders section of the app for food only opens when the apiary opens, this isn’t great due to reduced opening hours. The ability to pre order at any time would be much more useful, selection of day and time would still enable pre orders.
Images within the menu itself are incomplete, some are in place yet others are missing!
This app needs a huge overhaul and further quality checks.
