Internal Server Error Occurred
I followed all directions and changed my password on the website and then manually entered the new password on the app and I still see the same error message. Very frustrating. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Same error. Can’t log in on mobile app.

This could be malware to collect usernames and passwords. Issues accepting know password.
Did not see any permission options when I examined apps in the setting app which is another red flag.

Password hack
My email was used with a different phone number, not sure if it was connected to the application but somehow it seems the application is maintained by someone different than the government site. I could be wrong but some security issues may be apparent

WHAT’S THE PURPOSE!
I agree, I have tried to apply for a grant through this app and it’s so difficult and frustrating that eventually I gave up. What is the purpose of this if you can’t access a grant and there is no help to do it correctly?

Been trying to login for weeks. Resetting password does nothing. There is no support for this app.

i feel like if your gonna have an app like this and make it to where it’s easy for grant writer beginners like myself……… then you probably should make sure it works. because it could have been really really REALLY useful for me!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡🙄🙄
Unable to login
I have been unable to login. I enter my (correct) username and password that I login on the desktop with and the app just sits there like I entered no login information.
I contacted technical support, and they continuously give me the run around and are no support at all.

Difficult to apply for grants …. Why ?!!
It is highly difficult to apply for a grant - I’ve been inquiring for help for months now with no reply - why is this it so hard ? Can someone answer this question??? This is frustrating and confusing as a small business owner to apply for 1 GRANT ..

Don't accept any password
They ask you to write a password that contains numbers and letter and I did exactly the way they asked me to but kept sending me password isn't good.

Registration is Broken
Don’t bother, you can’t get passed registration. It won’t accept any passwords, even if they’re within restrictions. Look elsewhere.
