My worst experience - it feels like someone got a kickback for launching this app with Aster CMI.

Worst app !! Frustrating… utter nonsense app
Worst app I have ever come across . Not sure why doctors of Aster CMI are recommending to use this app for appointment booking . For last two hours I am trying to upload documents as doctor from Aster CMI has asked us to do . Only then she will to do a follow up check online .

Really bad app! Just doesn’t serve the purpose for what it was created.

The app does not work , i fillled in all the details and when I submit the app just vanishes .. wasted 1 hour of my time and still without any success

I have never seen such worst app in my entire life, we should give a year of the choice award for Aster management for associating with such company, and whoever built should really really be hating their job Or their company may be they forgot to pay them the salary.

Absolutely useless user flow. Perhaps someone needs to tell them to do user flow testing before releasing the app. Ridiculous for a large hospital like Aster cmi to push users to download this app for online consultation
Pathetic app!
Can’t believe that a premium superspeciality hospital like Aster CMI has tied up with this useless app for video consultations! I’m sure there are better alternatives in the market and I’m sure Aster can afford them for the exorbitant fees that they charge. Was unable to book a video consultation on this pathetic app despite the Aster customer care person staying on the line to help guide me. The navigation is confusing and broken. The app is a usability minefield and nothing works. Deserves to be abolished immediately!

Faulty App
It does not accept payments and due to that unable to book an appointment, quite frustrating when this is the only option to book a video consultation with a doctor in times of urgency.
Not up to mark
Once appointment is booked we can’t make a call to doctor. Also we can’t message to doctor

Video Chat Issues
The video chat has lots of problem. When the doctor calls and I accept, it keeps ringing. Then in other times it never goes through.
By far the worst app in terms of entering your details.
No responsive. Please quality test the app before launching it. Cannot enter date of birth too. Really frustrating to use especially when you have a need for a consultation.
Worst login ever nominee
Highly user unfriendly. I haven’t had a worse sign up experience before. Terrible app. Doesn’t recognise mpin, falters in sending otp, the ui for basic things like dob are all over the place
Broken App with full of bugs
Please take this off the platform and fix all the bugs. Not user friendly at all. Can’t even seek help on the app. Not able to login, duplicate profiles got created and the all allowed. Can’t book an appointment. Video call not working. Luckily payment worked else that too will be double charged. Super Buggy. Patients will loose their patience!

Not getting the OTP to login. Bad experience
Test your application
App is not user friendly, it asks to accept the terms and conditions even before I entered the last mpin digit. Most of the features have not been tested.
Unable to register
Have been trying from 4-5 hours To register by unable to do , as I am not getting OTP .kindly fix it

Aster,Hebbal has the worst service for booking an appointment during a pandemic. Worst customer experience and reception service ever !!!
