Not worth any $
There is no voice prompt to encourage a child, no friendly sounds to make it exciting. Besides the little face on a dotted line, there is nothing to encourage the proper motion; you can draw a smile and go to the next page...which is another issue; you have to move to the next page, it doesn't automatically advance you. If you want an app that will help the fine motor skills in your child use 'handwriting without tears - wet, dry, try!'
