Bad Experience
अगर आप एक टेक एक्सपर्ट हैं तो ग्राफी के साथ जुड़िए लेकिन अगर आप अपने बिज़नेस या एजुकेशन के क्षेत्र में ग्राफ़ी से टेक असिस्टेंस चाहते है तो ना ही जुड़े। मैं 3 तीन महीना से ट्राय कर रहा हूँ हर एक छोटे बड़े अपने प्रॉब्लम सलूशन के लिए लेकिन ग्राफ़ी अवेलबल नहीं है। आप ग्राफ़ी से असिस्टेंस माँगेगे वो कहेंगे आप फिर से ख़रीद लीजिए तब मैं आपकी मदद करूँगा आपने पहले जिससे खरीदा था वो कंपनी छोड़ के चला गया। असिस्टेंस कैसे मिलेगा वो भी जान लीजिए - आपको मेल करना होगा- जवाब आयेगा जब तक आप भूल चुके होंगे की इस जवाब का करना क्या है क्योकि आप तो उनके घटिया स्क्रीनशॉट और यूट्यूब से सीख सीख के कैसे भी अपना ऐप वेरीफाई करवाना चाहते है जो की अभी ग्राफी नहीं कर पा रहा है।

iPhone iOS Browser Support
Not sure why iOS Browser Support is not available for playback of videos. Pls have an app where we can watch video recordings or a mobile browser (Chrome) support for iOS. It is ridiculous that in 2025 we have to access recordings only from laptop
Hidden charges
I was promised by their representative that no platform fee will be levied and suddenly one day they started deducting platform fee of 12% without any prior notification. They should have notified me that they are going to start charging it but they didn’t. There are hidden fees and scam stuffs going on so think twice before using this app.
