So happy this exists!! This app makes daily journaling easy with helpful prompts and built-in accountability that keeps me consistent. I especially love the tagging feature which makes organizing and revisiting entries simple and meaningful. I can definitely feel a change in my mood and emotional awareness throughout the day.
