Old customer
I have been a grattan customer for aboit 25 years now, always been very satisfied with customer relations, but for the past year I haven’t been able to get into my account, i have phoned the help line several times, but nobody does anything about this, what has gone wrong with the customer help line.i dont get any feedback,

Not a helpful Grattan !
I cannot get into my account ,on numerous occasions I need to change password .I go through the motions to change but you never email back with instructions to change please close my account ,and my email is correct ,

Garbage, can never get in to my account, have to keep logging in through the website so a pointless app
App not working at all
For the past few months I’ve not been able to access the Grattan App on iPad at all. I note from other people that they are having the same problem yet none of the messages have received a reply or an explanation as to what the cause may be or when it will be resolved (how very Grattan) I emailed the developer and received no reply whatsoever. I’m disabled and housebound and found the app to be a useful tool when it did work and which is now just as useless as Grattan customer services and the FGH UK the developer. What a shameful disregard of your customers…

Can’t log in to account
This is the 3rd or 4th month I’m having trouble either with face recognition and /or logging into my account. I’ve changed my password a few times. So when I get an email to view new statement I can’t. It just buffers & says doesn’t recognise information. I’ve had to resort to using website to access my own account. Cannot access from email. Cannot access from app . Complete waste of time and extremely annoying.

Since my app has been updated it doesnt use the touch id and doesnt even mention it in settings

I do like this app but the one problem I have is I can’t seem to delete all my saved items as I no longer want them.
