Gratuitease

Gratuitease makes tipping service professionals fast and simple—even when you do not have cash, cannot find a QR code, or do not know the service professional’s username. FOR CUSTOMERS Open Gratuitease to see eligible nearby service professionals intelligently ordered around your service moment. Choose a tip amount and confirm with Apple Pay. No QR code, website, or username search is required. FOR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS Gratuitease takes 0% of the service professional’s tip. Start an earning session for your shift, stay discoverable while working, review direct and pooled earnings, monitor performance metrics, view available and pending balances, and request eligible payouts. DIRECT AND POOLED TIPS Participating businesses can configure approved tip-pool rules through the Gratuitease business dashboard. Eligible tips are allocated automatically according to those settings, and service professionals can review their pooled-shift shares and team benchmarks in the app. OPTIONAL WEARABLE Leave your phone behind with the optional Gratuitease wearable and service subscription. After you tap Start Earning for your shift, customers can find and tip you without your phone being open or with you. FEES AND PAYMENTS All applicable fees and the total are clearly shown before payment is authorized with Apple Pay. Payments and payouts are processed securely using Stripe. Features depend on role, employer configuration, service location, eligibility, and availability. Earnings are not guaranteed.
