About

Grav is a strength tracker built for one thing: logging your weightlifting sessions fast, so you can focus on training instead of your phone. Tracking a workout should be effortless when it goes to plan — and quick to adjust when it doesn't. Changed the weight or reps on a set? Adjust it with a quick wheel instead of typing the whole value from scratch, and your following sets carry that change forward automatically. One adjustment, not the same edit over and over. Grav does the small things well and gets out of your way. WHAT MAKES GRAV DIFFERENT - Faster logging — quick wheel adjustments and sets that follow your changes mean you log a set in seconds, whether you're lifting to plan or pushing past it. - Bring your history with you — switching from another workout app? Import your past workouts and keep your progress, records and charts from day one. - Personal records as they happen — a trophy marks the set that beats your best 1RM, weight or set volume while you train, and every past record stays tagged in your history. - Routines with dynamic weights — your working weights adjust to your recent performance every time you start a routine. Hit a new max and your next session moves up on its own, no manual updates. - Smarter supersets — log a full round in a single tap when nothing changes, so circuits stop being a chore. - Charts that show real progress — alongside volume and 1RM charts, Grav adds views like weight-vs-reps scatter and per-set bar charts, so you can actually see whether you're improving or stuck. - Compare without leaving your workout — see your current set against last time, your plan, or your best, and switch between them instantly while you train. - Body measurements & health data — track arms, legs, waist, chest and more, with body fat, lean mass, BMI, and recommended macros calculated for your goal. - Fitness challenges — create a daily challenge, invite friends, and keep each other consistent. Whether you're focused on powerlifting, hypertrophy, or just staying consistent in the gym, Grav keeps logging out of your way. COMING SOON Apple Watch app. Assisted workout builder.

What's New in Grav

1.0.2

October 12, 2026

Personal records now show up the moment you set them. A trophy marks the set that beats your best 1RM, weight or set volume while you train, with your previous best next to it. Past records are tagged across your workout history and each exercise's history. Also in this update: • Routine notes: add a note to a routine exercise or superset and see it in every future workout. Notes written mid-workout can be saved back to the routine. • Custom exercises: pick primary and secondary muscles, so your own exercises count in the muscle map • Simpler weight increments: one default step in your unit, with an override per exercise • Double-tap a routine to start the workout right away • More accurate 1RM estimates: sets with many reps no longer inflate your estimated one-rep max Tell us what to build next at grav.fit.
