Uninstall was easy.

This is an iMessage extension to insert your Gravatar into iMessages. Navigate back to the Apple App Store. Click on open app. There are no clear prompts. You just have to know way around the iPhone user interface to remove the extension. I completely uninstalled the extension in a few clicks.
