Very good app that offers many functions not available on the hard wired remote including high/low settings for heat, lumbar adjustment settings and massage features. The interface is clumsy but easily navigated.

Nope. Connectivity Issues
Pay $4,500 for a chair with an app that offers many more options than chair remote, and IF you connect, then chances are 0.00% that it will connect next time. Pure disgust. For this reason I’d not recommend this company’s products.
Needs updated!
These chairs cost a good bit and the app for them that adds functionality should be updated. The back arrow is up in the corner where it is hard to make it work since it is basically under the time display.
