About

GRAVITY — TRAIN THE NEXT STEP Gravity turns Streetlifting, Hand Balancing, and Flexibility into clear progression paths. Pick a practice, see the next useful milestone, and open one focused session instead of searching through workout lists. STREETLIFTING THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE Gravity’s current Streetlifting plan starts at five clean pull-ups. Assess your max, set training days, and follow bodyweight or weighted pull-up and dip programming that matches your starting point. Once earned, the 20-, 25-, and 30-rep milestones can be selected again, and today’s per-set target can be adjusted before you train. CLEAR, HONEST PROGRESSION Log the reps, added load, and effort you actually complete. Controlled completion moves the prescription forward; incomplete or harder-than-planned work holds the target. Progress on the path reflects recorded work—technique practice never invents reps or awards a skill automatically. BUILT FOR THE SESSION See exercises, sets, reps, loads, holds, rest ranges, and safety notes. Full-screen rest, hold, and EMOM timers stay on schedule when Gravity is backgrounded. Active workouts can recover after an interrupted session. THREE TRAINABLE PRACTICES • Streetlifting: bodyweight foundations through weighted pull-ups and dips • Hand Balancing: wall foundations, freestanding balance, and advanced preparation • Flexibility: structured hamstring, compression, and split preparation Calisthenics and Powerlifting appear as clearly marked previews while their complete training paths are still in development. LEARN AND REVIEW Use short guides for active recovery, sleep, fueling, body composition, hand care, technique, deloading, and competition preparation. Review your training history, best set, streak, weekly plan, and path progress. YOUR TRAINING, ACROSS DEVICES A Gravity account keeps completed workouts, programs, and progress synced. Local-first storage keeps the app useful through connection changes and syncs again when a connection returns. Optional local reminders follow your weekly plan. FIND A PLACE TO TRAIN Open the Parks map, search a city, or choose Find My Location to see nearby calisthenics parks. Location access is optional. FREE, NO ADS Gravity is free, with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. PRIVACY BY DESIGN No advertising tracking or data brokers. Technical diagnostics are limited and do not include session replay, screenshots, or tap capture. Set videos and profile photos stay on your device. Delete your Gravity account and associated cloud training data at any time in Settings. Strength training carries a risk of injury. Gravity provides general training information, not medical advice. What's New in Gravity

1.2.0

August 20, 2026

Gravity 1.2 makes the core training flow clearer and more reliable: • Home now resets to a readable five-sport overview, with larger sport tiles. • Earned 20-, 25-, and 30-rep milestones can set your workout target; fine-tune each set from Practice. • Long rest timers now take over the screen, and active workouts recover after a restart. • Path pan, pinch-to-zoom, focus, and milestone readability are smoother. • Tutorials, accessibility labels, sounds, and haptic feedback are improved. • Offline sync, account switching, workout saving, and account deletion are more resilient.
