Gray's is fantastic. ChowNow is not
I want everyone to use this app even though I gave it 2 stars. I can't speak for every customer, but in my case the app prompted me to pay, I tried to use my debit card, and it never advanced to the next step. I called customer service and the ChowNow rep told me to exit and restart the app. That didn't work. I ended up doing my own tech support and submitted the exact same information on my debit card again and it went through. The business wasn't able to print the orders and had to write them by hand and get the food. Whether that's the restaurant's decision or ChowNow's is beyond my knowledge, but I thought it was worth mentioning. The app will work it just needs improvement. Enjoy your meal!
