User Unfriendly
Ugh, never has an app been harder to operate. Confusing, frustrating and a lot of going in circles. You get an oops button that doesn’t lead to the support and when you go searching for a support page it eventually goes to an email address. I didn’t bother, to be effective at winning an auction you have to be quick and smooth, and this app is neither.

Revert Back!
The new app upgrade is total crud. Revert it back to the old one before you start losing business. How on earth they thought this was an improvement is beyond me.
Fraud
Do not buy anything. They are fraud. I ordered something. Didn’t get delivered after 5 months. When i called about matter didn’t have any proper answer. After 10-12 calls and 15-20 email they said we can’t do anything.
