Great but now has moved to subscription
I bought this a few years back and really like the clear lessons etc. But when I PURCHASED it, I did not know that a future upgrade would lock me out of the materials formerly purchased... I “upgraded” this app just now and the upgrade is a lock on the door! clicking restore purchases seems to not do anything. Feeling somewhat burned!

Good for the Price
The app does what it promises -- teach basic math for the GRE. However, it lacks a lot of basic functions: easy transition from one question to another, progress tracking, offline access, etc. But as far as value, this is no exception; great little app for the price.
Great program!
It's been 20 years since I've been in school and longer since I learned most of the math on the GRE. I decided to apply for a doctorate program that requires the GRE. It was last minute and so I had 1 week to brush up on my math skills. Eek! I enrolled in a princeton review program for few hundred dollars and then figured out I couldn't access it on my iPad-which was the primary tool i had for studying. So I searched and found this ap (after trying a few others I didn't like.) The lessons were straightforward and easy to follow. I took my test today and increased my math score by 30 percent. Not bad for a week!

The Best I've Found
This is an excellent app to learn from basic to advanced. The videos tutorials are professionally presented. After viewing them, there are several ways to practice. I wish this company would create other GRE subjects.

Excellent app!
This app is excellent for anyone needing a basic math review of topics on the GRE. It's not enough for complete test prep -- actual test questions are much more generally much complex and variable than what you'll see in this app -- but if it's been a long time since you've used high school math I HIGHLY recommend this clear, understandable presentation of the basics.
Only complaint is that there's no way to track which sections & lessons you've covered. If the app could allow you to track progress through the lessons that would be a big help!

Great math refresher. I wish they used formulas for the permutation and combination problems, but the explanation of concepts is clear and useful.
Not GRE Math
This app is misleading - it does not cover GRE math; it's more like 9th grade basic material... Nothing that's covered on the GRE. Do not spend money on this fraudulent product!
Good review
The reason I like this app is because I always get stumped by those word problems and never really know how to approach them. This app basically goes through tutorial videos of everything you may encounter at snail pace so you understand it. Think it's funny he can't say the word "sentence" though (pronounces it senance)

Not sure what to do
Today was the first time I used my app. It's frozen and will not reload. It said that I needed the Internet to watch a video, even though I was connected to the Internet. The app won't reload...any suggestions? I would love to change my rating once I can get the app to work.
Clear and concise explanations, brush up on the essentials
I was able to brush up on a lot of math I learned years ago, it's important to have a good approach in solving problems and this app teaches you that. Everything is well-explained and the practice problems help you cement your understanding. I only wish they would give you the option of downloading the lesson videos.

Wonderful for a quick refresher!
My wife was preparing for the GRE and had become upset because she couldn't remember some of the algebra and geometry she had learned way back when. This helped remind her of basic math concepts so she will feel more confident when she takes the test this spring. She was always good at math (a mathlete, if you will), but after years of not using it, the knowledge was hard to retrieve. She recommends this affordable app for a quick refreshing of math skills, and also mentions that it would probably be helpful for moms and dads assisting their children with homework!
