Your plants, bushes, etc are the only brand we will buy. They get to lowes and Home Depot in great condition and are worth every penny I pay for them.
Filters not working
The filters don’t work. Choose your zone, height, sun/shade etc, and ALL shrubs still show up. Also several “debug” texts across top if page in red-colored text when attempting to use said filters.
Stupid app stucked at shipping date selection
Stupid app stucked at shipping date selection and there’s no option to move forward with the purchase process. It means you can’t add the selected item in cart.

The Amazon of Plants
I’ve only had this app a short while, but amazing service so far. It adds the shipping date directly to your apple wallet, ships almost immediately, and has an infinite amount of plants to choose from as well as amazing deals. I have already recommended this app to four people.
It’s Just Ok
Beautiful plant selection but I cannot get the AR function work at all. This is the main reason I dowloaded the app. Disappointed….

Buggy App
Items do not add into cart on the first try. If I look at the order payment page too long I get a message that my order went through though I didn’t tap on anything, have shipping or payment info input.
Found Bugs in the App
I wasn’t provided with the offered New App User discount code. Even had to call Customer Support and they couldn’t direct me to it either. 😒

The best online shopping experience I’ve ever had!
I ordered my first shipment of plants from Great Garden Plants this summer & I was blown away by the quality of the packaging and the quality of the plants I received. I planted them 6 weeks ago and they are all thriving! I love them! This site has now become my ‘Go To’ for online plant orders!

Love this company!
I received a couple plants that had been pretty beaten up during shipping. Though they looked touch and go, I wasn’t giving up on them but also sent a picture as a documentation in the case I couldn’t save them and would need replacements in the future. Great Garden Planta offered replacements with no questions asked!

App promo codes don’t work; separate carts for site and app under same account somehow
Honestly, I’ve never seen such a mess between a website and its app. There are some plenty of plants I want to buy but the sloppiness and clear lack of QA testing makes me doubt this is even a remotely trustworthy company. I wrote them emails about the problems I encountered but no one has responded and apparently won’t until maybe Monday. (It says Monday but then it also says to use promo codes that seem to assume customers can’t do basic math. Or illustrates that they can’t?) Heading to look elsewhere. But be careful sharing your purchase and personal info with this company.

Replacement Plants
I love Great Garden Plants. Last year I ordered plants for Zone 7, because that’s what zone the Zonal map said I was in. I was very sad this January 2024, when the new Zone map put my Zip code in Zone 5b and worried over those plants I purchased. As Spring approached this year I watched carefully for any signs of life from the plants to no avail. But Great Garden Plants came through for me and even though the change of Zones was in no way their fault, offered me plants at 50% off in replacing them.

Great Garden Plants ( Brand and so true)
It has been wonderful to access them directly. I live in Zone 4B and it is like Christmas when the planting seasons change. Proven Winners@ has always been my go to. Always health, beautiful, and the direct link gives access to to this floral Mecca before the large name distributors sell out.
Love the app! I am by no means an electronic wizard, however this app is Free, makes the shopping experience easier, and is so easy to use.
It is actually as easy ( if not easier) than the website ( which is also lovely) . ❤️🌱🙏
