Doesnโ€™t work

Blank screen with just the mall name

GLCX App

A great, informative, easy to use app!

Great mall

Looking forward to our yearly visit, the first since COVID! Darn border closing!!

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

App is literally just the name of the mall, in black, on a blank white page. There is nothing there. Totally. Useless.

To the best outlet store around

This place is great always got what I need at the price I need it to be

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your feedback and we are glad you enjoy our app and mall! Happy Shopping!

Map doesn't work

Map used to be useful, but now when I'm trying to plan my trip from home, it keeps trying to center over where it THINKS I am (outside of the mall by bass pro), instead of the store I am actually trying to find.

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback, we are continuously working to improve shopping experiences.

Cumbersome

Glad there is an app; however, very cumbersome to use.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, we have listened to users and recently released a new version of the app where you can skip registration or leverage a social account to sign in. The app design has also been updated to be more streamlined and to include search on the main screen and store names on the map.

Downloaded it, registration required, deleted it.

Get a clue, customers need a map, not a bunch of hassle to get to it.

Nothing can't get off website

It was a free app so I automatically downloaded it, but not is not helpful. It requires you to create an account even if you already receive their emails. The map is so small and requires you to pick a favorite store before it will work. The Bluetooth thing did not work. The map is so small. Pick up the paper map at Guest Services (by Lord and Taylor) and save your phones memory.

Registration required?

I downloaded this app because the map on the website was so lo-res on my phone that I couldn't make heads or tails of it. Disappointed that this requires registration. I am uninstalling it.

Registration Required

With the newest update, you now have to create an account to use the app. To do this, you have to submit your email address and agree to receive their spam. I've deleted the app. I previously used it once for the map feature. It was handy to have it readily available on my phone as I navigated the mall. But I don't feel that it's necessary to give them all my contact information just to use a map.... I'll just do it the old-school way and grab a paper map when I get there.
