App stops working
Been using this app for years. Stopped using it for a while and when I opened it up, username and password won’t work. Tried creating a new account, thinking that would work, it keeps telling me it’s an invalid email with 3 different emails.
Cool App
The app is cool with the brand art and ways to earn points. I can’t update my shipping address though so I have to use the web to make shipping orders now. Also I have had issues where the points I earned are applied to an order but then I make edits to the order and lost the points original applied. I reached out for support but received no response.

Terrible App
Won’t let me sign in via Apple and none of the other options let me. Probably lost all my progress in the app and of course I can’t order more beer from the app. They’re losing customers over this.
Good for Ordering
The app is good for ordering beer and not much else. Recently the secret codes don’t work, points don’t count, and there’s some achievements on the app that just aren’t achievable.
Slow / Glitches
Update: app continues to not work properly; check in points don’t post, sharing doesn’t get points. My status was dropped when redeeming points; and the reward code didn’t even work after redeeming points.

Great beer, terrible app.
Couldn’t sign into my account- it kept saying that I wasn’t entering a valid email. I could only sign in using my Google account wich was not the account I used for purchasing at Great Notion so my purchases didn’t accumulate any points. I eventually got frustrated enough that I’m just deleting the app.

Crashes continually
I can’t even keep it open long enough to report a bug before it crashes. Before this issue started, no longer able to share check ins to Instagram.

Says login with google no longer allowed because the app tries to access private information? Stuck and not sure how else to access account.

I can no longer log in through google because the app is not verified. Since this is the only way to purchase online, I suggest you correct this ASAP!
Get most current version verified
Google Pay won’t allow me to use this app safely because it wasn’t verified due to recent updated version on IPad .

The app is a glitchy, laggy mess. Please, UI engineer ASAP.
Point system
They amended the point system and now it would take me over 100 unique beers to get to the next level (and that’s not even the highest level). The change from 1000 points to 200 points per beer logged is too drastic.
Great app
This is a great app. I love ordering beers and also checking out what is new. I’m confused as to how to play a game to earn a badge for that. Also I’ve been to numerous pubs and didn’t know about the check in to location or that I can get a discount on every first pour since I am a Whistlepunk.

Why does the app paste from my clipboard when I open the app each time? What are you trying to grab?
Can Not Log In
Can no longer log in with my email account. App is kind of useless if you cannot log in.
Unusable without location sharing
This app is an extravagant insult to customers. I just wanted to buy some beer. But they don’t publish so much as a listing on their website, and instead bury their business under this ridiculous, gamified software that has you collecting “drops” to “level up your character” and “unlock badges”. I feel like a circus animal performing for a treat.

Needs an Update
The customer service is phenomenal with this company. However, I am unable to scroll down my cans list without the app glitching and closing out. Does anyone know how to fix this?
