The app is very easily accessible, easy to navigate, and I have had no problems whatsoever. Love the bank that provides such services as well. Don’t know what I would do without GPB

Great banking app
Gives you access to all the needed actions you could use for a bank. The only problem is you have to log in all the time with the password even when you have the FaceID enabled. It seems to happen most often when your in the line at checkout but other than that it’s a good app

This app only works when it wants too. There have been many times where I was out trying to pay for something but couldn’t because the app wouldn’t let me log in to transfer money!!

service. But Great Plains has great customer service . It is so refreshing to walk in and be greeted, recognized all the while feeling myself and my money are in good hands

The most unuser friendly app and bank!
Needs work
I set my app up to remember me with Face ID. Seems like every week I have to set it up again. This is the only app that constantly makes me enter my information that’s already been saved.

Is Zelle not available anymore?
New look
I’m not a fan of the new look. It’s a step backwards from what we had before. There are more steps to do a simple transfer from one account to another. My savings account is above my checking which is the reverse of what I’m used to seeing first. No bugs though.
Not up to parr
The app forgets my info constantly. Very limited on types of transactions.
