Terrible and unfriendly app
Unable to scan and submit receipts all the time. And even after taking photos of receipts it is not possible to use it for submission for car park points. This app also for tanglin mall !!
App didn’t load receipts
Kept trying to submit receipts multiple times but submit button is unresponsive
Hung my iPhone during Installation!
Never expected that in this day and age, this could happen. Pop up requesting my permission for notification during installation basically covered my phone screen and blocked me from doing anything else. Had to hard reset my phone!
Unresponsive customer service
Lodged a request to reclaim 500 points. I had utilised 500 points to purchase a shop voucher, but when I physically went down to the store, I was told that the shop had terminated the promotion and was no longer accepting voucher payments. As such , I attempted to get a refund of 500 points since the voucher was no longer in use. Despite sending an email more than a week ago (on 31 September) I received no reply at all. Rather disappointing.

Easy to navigate within the app, points can be converted to carpark$ too! Love it!
Not Userfriendly
I tried to download the app, try to log in / sign up also couldn’t even get through the app. Please rectify the issue asap

Useless app
Constantly having issues with uploading receipts. Email reply given was to log out and back in. The app is so glitchy that I can’t even log back in. And now not even getting anymore email help from GWC.
App is easy to use!
The interface is easy to navigate esp the scanning of receipts. Happy to earn points after spending in the malls and use the points to offset the purchases too!

Ridiculous app
Scan function nor upload from album is not working. Despite being latest version, delete and reinstall app. Still doesn’t work.
Scan receipts doesn’t work most times
The app needs a lot of work. The scan receipts stops working and customer service in spite of knowing this issue keeps rejecting the receipts if posted after 24 hours. Pure waste of time interacting with customer service explaining to them their app issues
