This entire bank is a joke, they are worse then a circus run by monkeys. Obviously it’s not the workers fault it’s the company who structures there entire system and timeframes, my suggestion to all of its workers are abandon shop before you are dragged through the dirt.

Allows me to separate my business finances from personal. Great for self-employed individuals. No complaints!
No Apple Pay and Face ID rarely works

pretty much useless for a business
Every response seems to be automated including loan, overdraft approvals etc... which gives you the worst possible rate in the industry. you cannot set up a bank feed from any business acccount using this app in your accounting app not can you download this data. impossible to manage your account from a desktop app. Don't waste your time with it. I provided feedback to the bank in March 2023, they say they are looking into future upgrades. since nothing has changed.

Smooth process from start to finish. Has all the core things I need from a business banking app and was simple to set up. Liked that it was able to find my business details easily with me just inputting my ABN.
