I’m able to check account balances and transfer money and pay my house note. Works as it should.

Useless Banking App

I’ve been trying to get this app to function for literal years. I’ve yet to successfully log in, even though I know for a fact that my information is correct. Now the mobile site won’t even load on my phone. I don’t see this bank surviving once people my parents’ age are gone unless vast improvements are made to their online banking services.
