The APP stocked before payment page, have tried several time and gave up finally. The Airline must be as incapable as the APP.
A completely useless app
Over 90% of the app’s features are not working properly, and even the basic check-in function is not functioning. I strongly recommend removing the app from the App Store. It’s better to have wasted all the resources on creating a useless application. What a shame!
Terrible performance and design
Terrible loading times all over. App is even worse than the website. Inconsistent copy throughout pages and email (such as when searching for ticket number). Even if you signed in to purchase your flight you still need to search manually with you name and ticket number for you flight to checkin rather than from my order, can’t you see other flight apps already promoting you of your upcoming flight? Huge detractor to continue using this airline

幹他媽的超破航空公司，班機延遲還不明確標示或提醒延遲，原先預定時間晚了30幾分鐘，然後機組人員態度不佳，登機前檢查一次護照登機證、上飛機又要看一次登機證，這是公司內部互相不信任的跡象嗎？操然後官網App又很破。

Stupid system
The app is not connected to the web. It is separate system.
If you forget to snapshot your QR code after you check-in, you will never find it elsewhere in the app. There is not any button to find your check in record.
Plus, the app always cannot load the QR code.
There is no email confirmation on checking in…which means, you have no way to find your check-in record.
The system responds slow. I guess due to server is super slow and outdated.

Useless
The app is so terrible it has ensured I will not fly GBA again. The only way I got anything done was by using WhatsApp to contact customer support. Unacceptable user experience for a modern airline.
