This app blows. It never works, I have never been able to see my balance not once, the entire time I’ve been trying to use this app it says there are “connectivity issues” so I can’t see any of my accounts or balances

I really like the app and how it works on my iPhone.
Past the concern below it’s pretty good
The amount of times the website has prompted that I need to get a code texted or called to my number and I never get the codes. I have checked time and time again to make sure it’s the correct number I’ve even gone into the financial facilities and brought up the concern and they have always confirmed it’s the right number linked to the account. It’s not in my spam folder or anything this is honestly so frustrating.
