Setup is flawed + functionally lacking
I can’t complete setup of my profile on the app and do anything within the app unless I enter payment information. This already is on file. I have a family membership with monthly fee auto-deducted from my spouse’s bank account. I have no desire to input info and risk fouling up the established payment schedule. Additionally, I was hoping this would allow me to track weights progress on the machines as well as reps. Nope. It’s a tool to get class registrations. As another reviewer mentioned, it would be great if scanning the profile in the app could get you in the door at the locations. It doesn’t.

Bug fixes are slow
I can’t even sign up for classes with the app anymore- it just endlessly scrolls and says “registering” when I try to sign up for a class. It worked well for a while, but we need more frequent bug fixes or an alternative way to sign up for classes in this case.

Not really helpful if you don’t go to classes.
