RX Reorder is ridiculous
I have nine pets, three of whom take regular medications and I use the app to order refills. I click on the individual Pet and then click on prescriptions, but then it brings up all the prescriptions for every Pet I have for every prescription they’ve ever had and I have to scroll through all of them to find the one I want. Why can it not just bring up the Pet that I clicked on and what that Pet has. I hate this app!

Fantastic idea however way too glitchy
Love this app since it was Paw Print. I have used it religiously. However, I do find that it no longer retains the information that I enter. It will retain some of it and not all of it. If you make changes to information that you’ve entered it does not always update to the new information. I have reached out to the developer several times with no response.

Useless :(
My vet isn’t even on the list when I type in their name! Why can’t any app or service find them? They’re a fairly popular vet for exotic pets in my area

Welcome page
Signed up for your app to make an appointment with my vet. It switches immediately to a welcome page. With no way to get out of it! What a welcome. GreatPetCare… Horrible app.

Can’t pass the Home Screen pop up
I’m unable to get through to the app because the welcome pop up covers the whole screen and has no accessible way to close it. I’ve redownloaded the app twice with no change.

This used to be a great app until it was taken over by Covartus. Since then it has been completely useless. Don’t bother to waste your time on it
Could be better
The app itself isn’t bad. Just wish there was a way to view my pets upcoming appointments. I can only see past appointments which isn’t helpful for when I forget my dogs appointments.

What was a great, functional without complications app for tracking my pets health has now because a casualty of capitalism. The “helpful” suggestions in the feed, locking out vet clinics that are aligned.. and now a persistent “Welcome to your GreatPetCare pet parental portal” flow that I can’t get rid of - making the app officially useless. I’ve been using this app for over 10 years.. I guess it’s now time to find a different tracker

Issues
Wont let me upload med records or request them to be added
Not usable
Nothing loads in a timely manner if at all, and some of the functionalities for uploading records are broken.
Uploads are not working sometimes, reminders need to be fixed for functionality
When trying to upload records, it sometimes will not complete the upload, I have to do it 3-5 times to actually work… The reminders you can put in “notes” but then can’t access them. The reminders you cant edit either. Annoying.
Not Working
Latest version will not let me get past the welcome to the new app screen. Hope you can fix soon.
