Am delete our GreatPlus due to IPhone OS problem and fresh download our GP but some features are not showing like complaint history

Passbook not working
Even after the update. The pass book feature is not working. The app closes when the passbook option is selected

I Delete my Current app & again download new greatplus app but some feature of app not working and another issue is that app can not update automatically. Kindly Solve it and give us new fresh working version. Thank You.
