What a complete waste, there is no way of maintaining your account. For example turn off auto renewal. There is no web based account either.

Tried 4 times over the last 48 hours to contact by phone totalling 7hours 30 mins with no response.

Excellent service in set up very easy
One of the best apps!
It might seem simple, but this app doesn’t require the user to switch between capitals and lower case letters, and also doesn’t use a drop down menu for date of birth!
As a retiree, the drop down menus are annoying as I have to go back so many years, so this app negates that!

Update new car details
Slightly disappointing that I had to pay £150 as I hadn’t added my new car registration, identical car make and model and had been paying monthly installments for two years prior to this , and never used the service before , no choice really to pay as stranded with a flat battery , price seems high when you are stranded

The App I found very easy to install and get my inf onto! Which is unusual for me .
