My Address is Missing
I live 1.2 miles away from your Brighton, MI location, but I can't order delivery on the app because our new construction apartment complex is not in the system and address is unrecognized when I try to order. Update your maps!!!!
GL App
Order on the App and easy to use. Like that it shows your recent orders and you can quickly reorder that if that’s what you want.
Poorly developed and frustrating to use
The app is just not user friendly. Broken scrolling/broken view resizing makes ordering harder then it needs to be. Also small buttons doesn't make things better. Seems like a poorly built app. Maybe simpler if they built a better and more responsive website and don't use an app at all.
Quickest Way to Pizza in Metro Detroit
Very easy app to use for ordering pizza. Green Lantern Pizza always hits the spot.
Works well, but not user friendly
Green Lantern Pizza is fantastic—we order from them all the time. However, every time we called in, we’d end up on hold due to how busy they are. One day, they suggested using their app to skip the wait, so we gave it a try, and it worked like a charm.
That said, the app’s user interface was pretty confusing at first. As the tech-savvy person in my family, I found it difficult to navigate, which says a lot. Hopefully, they improve it over time to make the experience smoother.
Side note: Rating this app poorly because of a bad experience with the restaurant itself is just unfair. If you have an issue with the service, leave a review for the restaurant on Google or elsewhere. Blaming the app for an employee interaction does nothing for accountability and only harms the business.

disgusting food and workers
they were horrible to me and my boyfriend when we went there, the waterford location when we got our order taken they gave us the complete wrong order, i heard another worker quit while i was waiting for our food, the pizza was very hard to eat and there was barely any sauce and the pepperoni felt slimy, i could not even eat it. do NOT go to green lantern pizza if you want actual pizza tonight.

Just poor this app need a to be fixed major
It say I got a account and when I try to reset the password is say a account don’t exist but it’s send me the password reset link and it say account is incorrect but when I check my email I’m still getting emails promo from them
Doesn’t work
I can log in, but every time I try to do something, it says my session is expired and makes me log in again. Trying to order puts me in an endless loop of logging in and doesn’t advance to the order screen. Useless.
Problem with the App
Was working till about 2 weeks ago now I get “enter a valid email “. It is the same email I signed up with and the same one they send me offers to.
Went on computer to reset password and it worked just issue with the App.
Love the pizza no longer like the App.
