Not great, not easy
I would spend money at Green Mill if it was easier to order and pay. The app is worse than their website. Add more modern payment options.

TERRIBLE APP FIX IT CAN NOT EVEN ORDER ONLINE ONE OF THE WORST APPS AVAILABLE ON THE APP STORE IT IS WORTHLESS
This app doesn’t work!
Myself and three siblings all tried to order using the app yesterday. Not one of us could get through. We all tried to reset our password but the code they say they will e-mail you never gets e-mailed so there is no way to set your new password to log in and order. We all called in our orders separately instead. Very frustrating for all of us.

Crashes when I try to pay
Title says it all. I order a pizza, delivered, enter my info, and it won’t go past the payment step. I enter the data, push the “Pay” button, and nothing happens. There is no button to go further. No error message. I can scroll between the credit card number and the street address, but got no further. If I cancel the payment I must start checkout all over. If I press the pay button again, nothing happens.

Broken
Please just put your trash on Uber Eats or Door Dash.
It keeps changing to pick up even when I select Delivery. It then allows you to tip even when you are now forced to pick up. None of my rewards points have updated since they changed the app. Embarrassing.

App not accepting card
Deleted app after unable to take card kept telling me “unable to process card” I used the card that morning to buy gas with no problems. App needs to be fixed.
Hard to add credit card
The app worked fine until it was time to add a credit card. On that page, the input cursor was not defaulted to the first field, and the fields have no border. That made it a guessing game to figure out how to add the card ... touching the label (card number) did not enable its corresponding input field. It only became obvious when I chose “add card” and saw the field highlighted in an error state. This part of the app experience needs some modifications.

Awful, awful app
I love Green Mill. I love them so much.
But this app is riddled with defects; varying errors, hung loading screens, your login will not persist, etc.
The app told me to call them. It’s easier to save their phone number in your contacts.

What is with this app? There’s been issues for many months. I’ve tried on many occasions place an order, and have never been successful and able to receive any food. There’s always an error and now I’ve stopped even calling the store to verbally place an order. If this app represents the quality of your franchise, I’m not interested.

Closed
Restaurant is actually closed. The app lets you order, then just errors out when you try to submit. It doesn’t tell you they’re closed. The website doesn’t let you order anything, also doesn’t tell you they’re closed.

App doesn’t allow you to save login info, so you have to enter each time. Same with credit card info. Tried using to order and it crashed each time. Hard to believe you can’t build a simple, dependable app to order pizza these days.
Worst app ever
Lost my account twice, errors processing credit card...latest spent 10min ordering a couple of pizzas for delivery, entered all info and then hit confirm order and then a message store not accepting delivery. Why not say then when you select delivery at the beginning of the order? Was patient, but have now selected a different place because this app is soooo bad. (Service calling for delivery is just as bad)

Logging in
Every time I try logging in my account the app closes.
Needs work
This app needs a lot of work to compete with other restaurants in this field. I was so fed up with it I just ended up calling.
Garbage app
I downloaded the app and tried to log in with my existing login info. I got an error message saying the email was not in the correct format. Ok.... I then tried to create a new account. Still the app said I inputted information in the wrong format. Not going to waste my time anymore. Deleted.
You ruined your app!
I’ve been using your app on iPhone for about a year and I liked it. It worked well. I like the “recent orders” function and the integrated rewards tracking. I just updated it and it is now complete garbage. It doesn’t load/display well on iPhone, it couldn’t find me as a registered customer, it lost my order and I had to re-enter it.
