Charged for the year

I just wanted to try it with the free trial but it ended up charging me for the whole year.

Looks good, works fine

I wanted to contact support and suggest adding smooth play/pause transition, but support link leads to some incomplete website template. There is no way to contact developer, suspicious

No way to contact to ask for a refund

Not fixed—huge silence gap and weak noise levels

I’m giving this app three stars because the silence gap when a noise track stops and then restarts is awful. I’ve never seen such a long break in this type of app, and it was reported a long time ago.
What makes it worse is that the developer replied saying the issue was fixed, but it isn’t true on my side: the gap is still there, and it’s still huge.
It would also be great to add deeper noise options. White noise is very unpleasant, and most of the other “colored noises” are too—except brown noise, gray noise (although it has noticeable irregularities), and green noise.

Brown noise and gray noise aren’t loud enough. Even at maximum volume, I can barely hear them.

It would be nice to have black noise as well.
Some nature sounds (water and fire) are good. However, I don’t want music mixed with birds—I’d like to hear birds on their own.

The fan sounds aren’t great either; they don’t feel deep enough. An air conditioner sound would be a helpful addition.

Lots of wonderful sounds to choose from

I originally took one star off because there was a popping sound in the brown noise but now I’m taking another star off because I see their privacy policy has changed. When I originally downloaded the app, they collected no data.
