Weird app. Too many issues
Canceled a trip because it kept grabbing drivers from 1hr away, so my friend used Yellow! instead. But the trip never canceled? 2 drivers called me. One called me straight to my phone and viber and whatsapp which is kinda shocking for me because i did not consent to both. But the fact that it didn’t cancel when I canceled it twice. I had to delete my account to stop looking for drivers.

Hi, we’re sorry for the frustrating experience. Green Taxi operates from Burgas, so an out-of-city pickup may require a driver to travel from Burgas. We confirmed that the ride was canceled, but its status was not displayed consistently after the app was reopened. This issue has now been fixed in the latest version, with clearer cancellation status and improved handling of driver contact. Thank you for your feedback.
