BUYERS BEWARE. They allow misrepresentation of items.
On 8/19/25 I won a lot of bulk .357 ammo described as “consigned notes approx 965 rounds”. After pickup, I counted and found there to be only 439 rounds. Less than half of what I thought I was bidding on. I called and was told that because the description noted “approx 965 rounds”, they didn’t think this item was misrepresented and were not inclined to make it right, basically arguing that 439 was approximately 965. The gentleman told me he would check with the auction coordinator and get back to me. As of this writing, I have not heard back. I understand an auction company doesn’t have to me to count every bulk lot, and while I would have been disappointed if the lot was 10-20% short, that would be understandable. I feel that this case is rather egregious because I did not even receive half of what I thought I was buying.

Excellent Family Run Business
I am so impressed with this family’s auction company as well as their app!. Their auctions services are fair and all of the “rules of the game” are posted and easy to understand. This easy to use app allows me to see what Green Valley has to offer in upcoming auctions. It’s simple to get registered and bid on favorite items. It also allows me to put max bids in so I can walk away from the auction if necessary. I’m also impressed by Green Valleys dedication to the betterment of community through various charitable events. Nothing but good things to say about Green Valley Auctions.

Love the app
Been going to Green Valley Auctions for years now, and while I’m sad we can no longer go in person, I’m glad I can still use the app to bid on things. The people are lovely and the auctions always have something interesting or unique for sale.
Worth the download
Great app! User friendly, sends notifications when you’ve been outbid and is super fun for experiencing the “auction life”. This app was easy to download and sign up for an account.

What Fun! A Great Way to Bid & Buy
I have been using this app since it was first introduced after the pandemic shutdowns. This company is a family business & their welcome hospitality & fabulous customer service shines through this app. They post photos, descriptions & opportunities to bid on estate auctions about twice each week, starting usually at 7pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays. It has been a wonderfully reliable form of fun & entertainment during the lockdowns. Their offerings vary wildly & provide something of interest to everyone. I look at the listings for every auction plus I use their search function to make certain I don’t miss any of my favorite items. I bid on something almost every auction and again - reliably - this app functions wonderfully. Once I win a listing, I make an appointment the next day - after receiving my invoice with a handy link to make an appointment to safely pick up my winnings - and go pick up. I’ve even bid & won while traveling! I was unable to pick up on the offered days & GV kept my items safely in storage for a nominal fee until I returned & could pick up my treasures. They also offer delicious homemade selections in their catering kitchen - one word: delightful! In summary, this is a great app that has worked flawlessly for me week after week for almost a solid year. I wouldn’t be without it!

Mislead into downloading
I downloaded the app to bid on a vehicle. Not only are there no mentions of that vehicle, but no options in the app to filter what you’re looking for. They post the car on Craigslist with the link to their site to bud but once again... nothing. Don’t waste your time downloading.
