Really bad experience, no manual, no actual instructions, when I go to manual section takes me to an error page, is like guessing all the time how it works … app never shows where I parked the bike, trips ara a bunch of micro sections of trips every time I start /stop the bike very hard to understand if this is worth… very poor quality of the app considering it comes as a part of an MV Agusta motorcycle, for now very disappointing and if I really want to have tracking functionality, I’m seriously thinking about just getting LoJack and solve the problem, hope this help to improve

Doesn’t work!!!
The app does not accurately track the position of my bike. Currently it shows my bike nearly a mile away from its actual location. Useless!!
Experience so far
I love that I am able to track my bike and what is happening while it is parked.
My only wish, which may not be the app, is that the gps is not a live tracker and sometime the trips don’t pickup if I start the bike in my garage and the signal isn’t strong.

Hopeless piece of equipment
This piece of equipment is a complete waste of time. I have returned it to the dealer twice, have had not one but two new units fitted and it still doesn’t work. I have given up with it completely. Mobisat seem unable to sort the issue nor do they seem bothered. Clearly this is an under engineered device which sadly has been fitted to an awesome motorcycle. All it does now is drain the battery.

Not fully working
Always shows Italy when I start it. Only gives Italian POI. Does not record my trips. But good at showing location of my bike which is its main function.
