Here the price is worked out in the app from the size of your home, how severe the problem is, and your district — before you commit to anything. Flats under 700 sq ft are priced in bands rather than lumped together, because most Hong Kong homes are. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose a service and describe the job. Add photos if it helps the technician know what they are coming to. 2. Pick a date and the time you would like them to start. 3. Confirm. Pay by card in the app, or settle with the technician. WHAT YOU GET • Cleaners and technicians who have passed a background check • If you are not satisfied with the service, we will redo it once, free • Products chosen with children and pets in mind • Card payment handled by Stripe — your card details never reach us • Full app in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English Serving Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the outlying islands.
