Initially I was curious to how effective this app would be and the service it provides but I shouldn’t have been! It’s excellent! Staff respond to maintenance issues near enough immediately, parcel notifications and gym book services - all excellent!

Very intermittent service with parcel notifications. Broadcast menu is not accessible since ios14.
Every time you open the app it asks you to confirm your language and location, surely this should be a one time activity?

Menu won’t open
Ever since the iOS 14 update, the app and been crashing and the menu won’t even open
