Over charged
Be aware!!! They over charged you…. They initially charge me for hold$248 and I filled up for only $211 and when I inquired about it after 12 hrs they say it take up to 48 hrs.,., let’s see but who got time for this to do check and balance as a trucker every time.

I wish I could leave zero stars the app works awful. They never return your call it’s terrible how it works. I put 1000. In there took me 5 days to get my money back then I requested it be put back and they said it will be another 5 days. This program is a joke. They have instant access to your money and hold you up like that.

Greenlane Fuel Smarter
Using Greenlane saves me money when I fill up my first couple Phillips I was saving $.70-$.80 per gallon on my third fill up. It was only $.36 per gallon so I was a little disappointed in that but it is a savings nonetheless and I’m thankful for that. You have to preload your card. I wish you could just get it to subtract right out of your bank account.

Thanks for the 5 stars! Discounts come from our fuel partners and can fluctuate based on fuel prices, but savings are savings. On paying directly from your bank account, we have a new product launching very soon that addresses exactly this. Stay tuned!
Diesel Review
I use the Greenlane fuel card because the diesel fuel prices are lower than my COMDATA or EFS card.

Oh, I love the savings, it’s $135 on my last fill.
There are a couple things that Customer Service needs to take a look at and send over to the IT department for correction.
The first being that you can only pick the number of gallons you need in increments of 20. It would be really nice if that was increments of 10.
The second is that you don’t need to use the card if you use the app, because if you try using the card after telling the app, what you want to buy it, denies at the pump. But by using the app, what they don’t make really clear is that when it approves your transaction that you need to take your phone with you because you have to enter the code, the truck number they issue, and their trailer number before the pump will turn on.
It took me about three or four tries before I realized they weren’t talking about the one I was driving and instead they were talking about the ones they issued me in the Phone app.
Now that I haven’t figured out it should be easy to use next time… But it was not very clear. The first time I tried to use.

A good card for Loves!!!
Pretty easy to use. About .10 per gallon surcharge. I think its worth it. Surcharge maybe less at certain fill ups. Biggest savings I have found has been at Loves and we all know they have the nicer truck stops, better food like GodFathers pizza, Loves wings, hotdogs and really good Speedco shops. I used Relay for about a year for discounts specifically at Pilot and Greenlane BLOWS them away even after the surcharge.

Good discounts and UI
Discounts are competitive and the app is pretty smooth. I like that you have to confirm the discount when you go to fill up so you know you’re getting your discount. I tried the RTS fuel card but lost out on a $.75/discount so will stick with Greenlane over them.

I’m just getting set up with the Greenlane app, and the customer service was very very helpful. They sent me detailed instructions on how to use the card and for the places that don’t require a card. I am looking forward to using it and getting deep discounts in the future.
I’ve used the card a few times and it’s a learning experience. Great discounts so far. Once you Load your wallet in the app it’s really easy to use. Click buy fuel when at the truck stop and follow instructions on your phone.

Best fuel discount
Out of the fuel apps that I have found and used so far, Greenlane is the easiest and has the best discounts. I’m glad to have found it.
Fueling complicated
This app is the worst most complicated thing I’ve ever used. The lack of instructions is appalling. I’ve tried this thing 6 times. 3 attempts failed and caused the money I loaded to be held for several days while the transactions that didn’t go through got returned to my control. If you’re short on fuel money don’t use this. I tried to give them a 2nd chance. I even got help from the guy at Loves. And we still screwed it up. When I get the last of my money back I’m closing this down permanently. If it was as easy as mudflap I would be here now trashing this program. Don’t waste your mental health trying to get a small savings on your fuel.

Kinda cheaper
It’s cheaper than mudflap if you add you bank account. Other wise it’s 2.29% on every transaction. Even with your debit card. Mudflap doesn’t charge you for using the debit card. So it’s usually cheaper to use Mudflap. And if you do add your bank account, they don’t just pull it from your account. You have to make payments, a thousand dollars at a time and they take days to show up as credit. So if you need fuel now, good luck. Lots of little gotcha rules and procedures. A major pain to use. Not sure it’s worth saving $20.00 a fill up.
