Non Functional

After putting in user name and password the log in button can not be pushed so therefore will not open to my account. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app several times with still no success at getting past this step, it appears that this app was not meant to be for me.

Best 401k Plan App Ever!

Wow. What an app! Easy to use and navigate at the touch of my thumbs! Aesthetically easy on the eyes, I can view my account and make changes with ease on the go. It’s definitely a reflection of Greenleaf Trust’s world-class Retirement Plan Services!

Love this App!

This app makes it so easy to check my balance, change my contributions and view my performance! The best thing is I don’t need a user and ID and password after my initial login, just my fingerprint! Keep up the great work!

Finally working!

Have tried for days and days to log in , wouldn’t go past the code sent by email ...today I was finally able to login

Login problems

I can’t log into my account I’m not sure why it just keeps saying wrong login and wrong password !!!

You can also use the "Forgot User ID or Password" function on the retirement plan login page on our website at: eb.greenleaftrust.com.

No pin sent

Never got past initial login. Said it sent a PIN number to my email. Nothing was sent. Resend pin option has no effect either.

Stuck

I did everything it asked for user name password and then it gives you a code I put that in and it got stuck on please wait is been half hr. So get that working and I will give a better rating
