Only works if the train operators have turned on their gps transponders. App needs to be updated to support new B line stops, Amory St and revised Babcock. BU West, Pleasant St and St. Paul Street stops no longer exist.

Update please, this app no longer functions! It was great to know where the ever unreliable B line was... but now we are back to being in the dark.

Not enough updates, not accurate enough
The app keeps crashing. Often times it’ll show the next terrain coming in 12 minutes and then all of a sudden I’ve missed three trains within the next 4 minutes. It doesn’t have frequent enough updates and the timings just aren’t accurate. If it says 1 minute til arrival I go outside and wait in the cold for at least 3. Would not use if I can find a better one soon.

Usually pretty accurate time but missing stops
There’s no Government Center stop here but it usually is pretty accurate with the timing except for a few missing trains in the system.

App won’t load. Was a great app at one time even to the point of being used by Green Line inspectors. But hasn’t worked in a while. I’ll update my rating if the app gets updated.

Worked great for a while. Suddenly stopped working. Just refreshes over and over. Is this app dead?
No longer works
Was great until the most recent update. Now it just spins for about five minutes and then gives an error message that data is not in the correct format.
Update: seems they had it fixed for a short while but it’s back to just spinning endlessly, with not even an error message now. Useless.

Works Pretty Well and Very Useful
Obviously it's limited by the data that the MBTA supplies. Sometimes a trolley will not be sending GPS data, so it doesn't appear. Other times there will be mysterious delays in getting new data. And sometimes I get a mysterious error message and nothing shows up at all. My ding is that the tech support email doesn't always work -- mailbox full, I think.

This app used to be very helpful, but for the past month or so it has been stuck on the loading screen and never shows any arrival times or even your location.
What happened to this app?
All it does is spin around and I haven’t been able to get info in months.
