There are lots of issues with this app. Needs update for connecting to the watch because every time I try to connect to the watch, I face errors. If you want to consumers use your product, it would be helpful if you pay more attention to your app and services.
Not worth the purchase
I don’t understand the purpose of this watch, I bought it to track my fitness but so far so good, it’s been useless to me because it shows too less data to save when I try record any sport activity on the app, even when I take a 1hr 30 mins walk. Is it when I walk for the whole day it would save? And there’s no way to reach customer service to ask questions.
